General Conditions

This agreement establishes a legally binding contract between you (an individual or entity) and NexusIn (referred to as "we", "us", or "our") regarding your utilization of the www.nexusin.top website and any associated media platforms or applications (collectively referred to as the "platform").

By accessing the platform, you acknowledge that you've read, comprehended, and consented to these conditions, including our privacy policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform and must cease usage immediately.

Additional conditions or documents posted on the platform are incorporated by reference. We retain the right to alter these terms at our discretion, at any time and for any reason.

We will notify you of changes by updating the "last modified" date on these terms. You waive the right to specific notification of each modification.

It is your obligation to regularly review these terms to stay informed of updates. Continued use of the platform after revised terms are posted indicates your acceptance of the changes.

User Declarations

Fees and Payment

Access to some of our services may require purchase or payment. You agree to provide accurate and current purchase and account information for all transactions made via the platform. You also agree to promptly update account and payment details, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, to ensure we can process your transactions and contact you when needed.

We bill through an online billing account for platform purchases. Sales tax will be added as required. We may change prices at any time. All payments are in US Dollars.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect for your purchases and authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider. For recurring charges, you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring prior approval for each charge, until you notify us of cancellation.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even if payment has been requested or received. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the platform.

Renewal

Unless you notify us before the end of your subscription period that you wish to cancel, your subscription will automatically renew. You authorize us to collect the applicable subscription fee (and any taxes) using any payment method we have on record for you.

Free Trial

We offer new users a 7-day free trial upon registration. After the trial period, access to the website will be restricted unless you subscribe to one of our pricing plans.

Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. For annual plans, you're eligible for a refund within 24 hours of payment receipt. You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected] or through your control panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term.

Additional services (such as LinkedIn profile enhancement) are non-refundable.

Software

We may include software for use with our services. If accompanied by an end-user license agreement (EULA), the EULA terms govern your use of the software. If not, we grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, personal, non-transferable license to use the software solely in connection with our services and in accordance with these terms.

Any software and related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You accept all risk arising from the use or performance of any software. You may not reproduce or redistribute software except as permitted by the EULA or these terms.

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the platform for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. The platform may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user, you agree not to:

  • Systematically retrieve data or content from the platform to create a collection, database, or directory without our written permission
  • Make unauthorized use of the platform, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users for unsolicited communication or creating accounts by automated means
  • Use purchasing agents to make platform purchases
  • Use the platform to advertise or offer goods and services
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with platform security features
  • Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the platform
  • Deceive, defraud, or mislead us and other users
  • Misuse our support services or submit false reports
  • Engage in automated use of the system
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the platform
  • Impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user or person
  • Sell or transfer your profile
  • Use any information obtained from the platform to harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Use the platform as part of any effort to compete with us or for any revenue-generating endeavor
  • Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any platform software
  • Attempt to bypass measures designed to prevent or restrict access to the platform
  • Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten our employees or agents
  • Remove copyright or other proprietary rights notices from any content
  • Copy or adapt the platform's software
  • Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other material that interferes with the platform's operation
  • Upload or transmit any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism
  • Use, develop, or distribute any automated system to access the platform
  • Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm us or the platform
  • Use the platform in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws or regulations

Disclaimer

The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Your use of the platform and our services is at your sole risk. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform and your use thereof, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the platform's content or linked websites. We assume no liability for errors, inaccuracies, personal injury, property damage, unauthorized access to servers, personal information, financial information, interruption of transmission, bugs, viruses, trojan horses, loss or damage incurred from using content posted or transmitted via the platform.

We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party product or service advertised on the platform. Exercise caution and use your best judgment when making transactions.

Limitation of Liability

NexusIn, its suppliers, or licensors will not be liable under any legal theory for any special, incidental, or consequential damages; cost of substitute products or services; interruption of use, loss or corruption of data; or any amounts exceeding the fees paid by you to NexusIn under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action. NexusIn shall not be liable for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. These limitations shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

Miscellaneous

These Terms of Use and any policies or operating rules posted by us constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Our failure to exercise any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver. These Terms operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. We may assign our rights and obligations to others at any time. We shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or failure to act caused by any cause beyond our reasonable control.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from these Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

There is no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Terms or use of the platform. You agree that these Terms will not be construed against us by virtue of having drafted them. You waive any and all defenses you may have based on the electronic form of these Terms and the lack of signing by the parties hereto to execute these Terms.
