NexusIn Privacy Policy

Privacy Guidelines

Our Commitment

At NexusIn, safeguarding your privacy is our top priority. These guidelines cover our online presence (www.nexusin.top) and our subscription offerings, including our web-based application. This document outlines our data handling practices and your rights regarding your personal details. If you disagree with these practices, we advise against using our online resources or subscription services.

We regularly revise these guidelines. Any modifications will be posted here, and for significant changes, we'll notify you via email. We encourage you to review this document periodically, and we maintain an archive of previous versions for your reference.

For any inquiries about these guidelines or our data handling practices, please reach out to us at [email protected].

Our Subscription Service

Customer Usage

Our online subscription service enables individuals and businesses to enhance their LinkedIn marketing efforts by streamlining time-consuming tasks and simplifying the prospecting process. It also helps organize marketing metrics (such as social selling index, profile view averages, and search appearance data) for LinkedIn users in an easily digestible format.

Information added to the subscription service, whether provided by site visitors or added by subscribers, is stored on our service providers' servers. This data is used to engage with visitors about their interest in our clients' offerings and to facilitate interactions.

Our clients utilize the subscription service to automate LinkedIn processes (by creating user lists in their personal CRM page and managing these lists daily) and to monitor their marketing efforts efficiently. NexusIn doesn't control the content of these lists or the types of information our clients choose to gather using the service. That information belongs to them and is subject to their own usage, disclosure, and protection policies, not this privacy guideline.

NexusIn processes our clients' information as directed by them and in accordance with our agreements. While we store this data on our service providers' servers, we don't have control over its collection or management. Our client agreements prohibit us from using that information, except as necessary to provide and improve the subscription service, as permitted by this privacy guideline, and as required by law. NexusIn acknowledges your right to access your personal information.

Data We Gather

Website Visits

You're free to explore our websites without providing any personal details. When you visit our sites, use our subscription service, or contact us via our contact form, we may request personal information and collect navigational data.

Web Application Usage

We employ web analytics software to better understand our app's functionality. This software may log information such as usage frequency, in-app events, aggregated usage, performance data, and download sources. When using our web app, we may also collect your city location, device model, and OS version.

We occasionally send push notifications about events or promotions. You can disable these in the web app settings if you prefer not to receive them.

We may link information stored within the analytics software to personal details you submit in the web app. This helps us enhance our services, marketing efforts, analytics, and site functionality.

Personal Information Defined

This refers to any data you voluntarily provide that identifies you, including contact details (name, email, company, address, phone number) and information about yourself or your business. It also encompasses transaction data on our websites and publicly available information we obtain from service providers or the internet (e.g., from social media platforms).

Personal information can also include navigational data or payment details when they can directly or indirectly identify an individual.

Log Files

When you use our services or view our content, we automatically collect data about your computer hardware and software. This may include your IP address, browser type, domain names, internet service provider, files viewed, operating system, clickstream data, access times, and referring website addresses. We use this information to operate and maintain our subscription service quality and to generate general usage statistics. We may link this automatically-collected data to personal information such as name, email, address, and phone number.

Third-Party Information

Occasionally, we may receive personal information about you from third-party sources, including marketing partners and publicly available sources like social media websites.

Children's Information

Our websites are not intended for individuals under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information about minors. If you believe we've collected data about someone under 18, please contact us at [email protected] so we can remove it.

How We Use Collected Data

Adherence to Our Privacy Guidelines

We utilize the information we gather only in compliance with these privacy guidelines. Our subscription service customers are obligated through our agreements to adhere to these guidelines.

No Personal Data Sales

We have a strict policy against selling personal information to any third party.

Personal Data Usage

Besides the uses identified elsewhere in these guidelines, we may use your personal information to:

  • Enhance your browsing experience by personalizing the website and improving the subscription service
  • Communicate information or NexusIn content that may interest you via various channels
  • Share promotional and informational content in line with your communication preferences
  • Promote our services and share promotional content
  • Provide other companies with anonymous statistical information about our users
  • Inform you about changes to our terms of service, privacy guidelines, or other legal agreements
  • Meet legal requirements

We may occasionally contact you on behalf of external business partners about relevant offerings. In such cases, we don't transfer your personal information to the third party.

We use information collected through our subscription service for:

  • Providing the subscription service (including detecting, preventing, and resolving security and technical issues)
  • Responding to customer support requests
  • Fulfilling obligations under the NexusIn Customer Terms of Service

We use navigational information to improve our websites and subscription service. We may also use it alone or combined with personal information to provide personalized information about NexusIn.

Customer Feedback and Comments

We may post customer testimonials and comments on our websites, which could contain personal information. We obtain each customer's consent before posting their name and feedback.

Credit Card Information Handling

If you provide credit card information, we use it solely to verify your financial qualifications and process payments. We use a third-party service provider for credit card processing, who is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information except for processing on our behalf.

Personal Data Security

We employ various security technologies and procedures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We secure the personal information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. All personal information is protected using appropriate physical, technical, and organizational measures.

External Websites

Our website may contain links to other sites. We don't control and are not responsible for the content or practices of these other websites. Our provision of such links doesn't constitute endorsement of these sites, their content, owners, or practices. These privacy guidelines don't apply to these other websites, which are subject to their own policies.

Personal Data Retention

The duration we keep information depends on its type. After the retention period, we either delete or anonymize your information, or if this isn't possible, we securely store and isolate it from further use until deletion is possible.

We retain personal information where we have an ongoing legitimate business need (e.g., to contact you about our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements).

When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your personal information, we securely delete or anonymize it. We'll delete this information from our servers earlier if you request it, as described in "Unsubscribing from Our Communications" below.

If you've opted to receive marketing communications, we retain information about your marketing preferences for a reasonable time from your last expression of interest in our content, products, or services.

We retain information from cookies and other tracking technologies for a reasonable period from the date such information was created.

How We Share Collected Information

Service Providers

We may need to share your information with other companies providing services to our website visitors, customers, and subscription service users. These may include removing repetitive information from prospect lists, data analysis, statistical analysis, marketing assistance, payment processing, information enhancement, customer service, or support. We explicitly require all such agents to adhere to our privacy and data handling policies.

NexusIn Partners

We may share data with trusted partners to contact you based on your communication requests, help with statistical analysis, or provide customer support. These third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except for these purposes and must maintain confidentiality.

We collaborate with trusted third parties to provide relevant co-marketing content. When you engage with these partners, we'll inform you about data sharing and provide a link to the partner's privacy policy for opt-out information. These partners must adhere to our privacy and data protection policies.

Mandatory Disclosure

We reserve the right to use or disclose your personal information if required by law or if we reasonably believe it's necessary to protect our rights, ensure your safety or others' safety, investigate fraud, or comply with legal processes.

Google Limited Use Policy

NexusIn's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will comply with Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
