Refund Guidelines

As a cloud-based service provider, all offerings from NexusIn are intangible and irreversible. Consequently, we do not provide reimbursements once an order has been fulfilled and supplied. We encourage you to thoroughly examine the stipulations before initiating any financial transactions.

Acknowledgment of Refund Guidelines

It is strongly advised to familiarize yourself with the capabilities and characteristics of our offerings prior to placing an order, thereby avoiding potential refund scenarios.

By acquiring our products, you confirm that you have diligently perused this policy and fully endorse the stipulations outlined in these reimbursement guidelines.

Should you disagree with or reject the stipulations in this policy, we kindly request that you reach out to us with your feedback, proposals, or amendments. Your input would be greatly valued.

In exceptional circumstances, we ENTERTAIN refund requests EXCLUSIVELY for the following reasons:

  1. Malfunctions arising from our system errors.
  2. Users are eligible for complete reimbursement within 24 hours of their initial transaction.

Important:

  • The initial transaction refers to the first payment made with a verified account. This excludes renewals, plan upgrades, or subsequent purchases.
  • Kindly provide comprehensive and substantiated reasons for the refund request.
  • We cannot guarantee reimbursements based on limited usage or dissatisfaction.

Subscription Conditions

Your subscription commences immediately upon processing your initial payment. It will automatically renew at the conclusion of each billing cycle without notification unless terminated. We offer payment services based on the stripe platform and automatically charge your chosen payment method(s) every billing cycle until you terminate the subscription.

Termination Conditions

You may terminate your subscription at any time by navigating to Profile → My Plan → "terminate the subscription" or by contacting our online customer support. This action must be taken before your renewal to avoid charges for the subsequent billing cycle. Your termination will take effect on the final day of the period for which you have paid. You may continue to utilize the subscription until your termination becomes effective, and no reimbursement will be issued.
